Karsten Schmidt
Managing Director and Founder of Xeleratio Consulting
Karsten Schmidt is the Founder and Managing Director of Xeleratio Consulting, a Switzerland-based consultancy focused on Commercial Excellence within the Life Sciences industry.
Originally from Berlin, Germany, Karsten has more than two decades of experience across pharmaceutical and MedTech organisations. After studying Business Administration at Freie Universität Berlin, he built an international career with a strong focus on Commercial Excellence, customer engagement and sales performance optimisation.
Before founding Xeleratio Consulting in 2019, Karsten held global and regional roles at leading pharmaceutical companies including Bayer, Novartis, Actavis, Allergan and LEO Pharma.
Today, he supports Life Sciences organisations across multiple geographies through practical, data-driven methodologies designed to improve commercial performance, customer engagement and resource allocation. His project experience spans Europe, LATAM, Asia and additional international markets.
Xeleratio Consulting operates with a highly flexible and cost-efficient approach, with many client engagements delivered remotely through modern collaboration technologies.
