Karsten Schmidt
Managing Director and Founder of Xeleratio Consulting
Karsten Schmidt, is Managing Director and Founder of Xeleratio Consulting Ltd. Originally from Berlin, Germany he now resides with his family in Canton Lucerne, Switzerland. After studying Business Administration at Freie Universität Berlin, he has been working in the Life Sciences industry for over 20 years. During the last 12 years he had specialized in the area of Commercial Excellence working for pharmaceutical companies like Bayer, Novartis, Actavis, Allergan and LEO Pharma.
Beginning of 2019 Karsten has become an independent consultant by founding Xeleratio Consulting Ltd. and he loves helping Life Sciences clients improve sales performance. He has personally conducted a multitude of projects which have demonstrated to improve top and bottom line performance.
Karsten's clients are based in different geographies but thanks to web-conferencing technologies the majority if not all client engagements can be conducted in a very cost-effective way. Supported languages apart from English are German and Spanish.
